Anti-Bribery/Anti Corruption Program

Pentagon Freight Services has a world-wide anti-bribery/anti-corruption program that is management lead and applies to all levels of the business.  It is a core value for Pentagon and we put our business ethics and social responsibility at the forefront in our work practices.

An in-house training program exists to ensure that all employees are made aware of the issues involved in anti-bribery/anti-corruption practices and the responsibilities and requirements of the company and its employees in respect of the:

  • UK Bribery Act
  • Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
  • Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials in
    International Business Transactions (OECD Convention).

Pentagon has a ‘Due Diligence’ program to ensure that anybody representing Pentagon or Pentagon’s clients
is aware of these issues.  This ensures that the company can proceed with confidence in our relationships
with business partners and sub contractors.

Included on this page is a copy of the Pentagon ‘Code of Conduct’ that applies to all personnel and to anyone
acting on behalf of Pentagon or our clients.  Included within the code of conduct is a contact list of regional
compliance managers who can provide advice and answer any questions that you may have.
