Customer Service Executive

Role Overview

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and RFQ proposals for clients.
• Verify pricing, terms, and conditions for shipments awarded.
• Maintain an accurate level of data quality, ensuring that all systems are kept up-to-date.
• Organize and maintain sales documentation, ensuring accessibility and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and broader business goals.

What we’re looking for

• Must have at least 2 years experience in sales support and customer service, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry or any of the Oil and Gas, EPC, and Marine industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, terminology, and industry trends is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Be a team player with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Must hold a diploma.
