Pentagon Dartford office recently supported one of our customers in London, with an urgent air charter from Prestwick Airport up to Rio De Janeiro. ✈️
With a short notice period, Pentagon could source a 747-400F and have it on the ground in Scotland, ready to load.
Gaby Choufani and Lara Hone worked together to price and secure this aircraft and work with the supplier to finalise 66 crates totalling 77,025kg across eight sets of AWBs. A big “One Pentagon” also thanks to Scott Allen for attending the Prestwick airport loadout and conducting several on-site checks.
The charter flew from Prestwick into Rio with a stopover in Las Palmas for refuelling, arriving without issue and allowing the cargo to move safely and efficiently to the site.
Pentagon has supported this customer in London on several projects, and we appreciate their support in trusting us with their first air charter in over 15 years. 🤩
