Ashley commenced his career with Pentagon in 1990 based in Perth, Australia. Prior to Ashley’s appointment as Group CEO of Pentagon in March 2016, he served as Managing Director of Australia and Papua New Guinea and was a member of the Group Executive Team. During this time, Ashley was instrumental in the growth of the company establishing the footprint that exists to this day. Ashley is an executive industry leader and is responsible for delivering the strategy of the Group through organic growth and strategic investment.

Kim commenced her role as Group CFO of Pentagon in September 2016. Prior to her appointment, Kim held international finance leadership roles focussing on leading business change in complex high growth organisations delivering increased process efficiency and profitability. Kim’s leadership experience includes 20 years in logistics within manufacturing, distribution, and freight forwarding, providing her with an understanding of the challenges for all parties within a supply chain. Kim embodies the qualities of a finance leader and plays an important role in deciding the strategies and investment decisions of the business.

David Wilson

David has over 20 years’ experience in the logistics industry. He commenced his career with Pentagon in 2012 based in Brisbane, Australia where he established the Queensland business and developed strong links throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea. Prior to David’s appointment as Group COO of Pentagon he held a number of senior management positions in the Middle East and Asia Pacific Regions. David is customer focused and his goal is to develop and enhance the customer experience across all of Pentagon’s specialist industries and regions.

Jeremy commenced his role as Global IT Director in mid 2016. He has 25 years of experience delivering IT solutions across Asia, Europe, and Australia. His expertise lies in the areas of applications estimation, design, and delivery; cloud and collaboration solutions; IT infrastructure management; and IT strategy. Jeremy’s goal is to provide a cost effective, secure, systems environment that supports productivity and usability for both staff and customers.

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the Maritime Shipping and Logistics Industry. He commenced his career in 2003 as a Project and Heavy Lift Broker and went on to develop his own company before becoming a member of the Global Management Team of a Global Ocean Carrier. Michael has delivered major project cargo throughout the world and brings a valuable understanding of the Maritime Shipping industry and EPC projects with a track record of success in Industrial Projects, Oil and Gas projects, and Heavy Lift Projects.

Matt commenced his role as Global Compliance Director in late 2010. He has over 30 years of experience developing, implementing, and administering ethics and compliance programs, globally. His expertise lies in the areas of trade and sanctions compliance, including licensing; due diligence; and risk assessment. Matt’s goal is to provide proactive and efficient processes which protect the Company and staff against the inherent ethics and compliance risks associated with our business operations and in turn, exceed the expectations of our customers.
